I'll be at your home twice each month to do a visual inspection of the outside and inside.
Your monthly subscription gets you up to three hours of my services each month. Depending on the length of inspection, those hours can be made up of various services, including:

Twice Monthly Inspections
Exterior Inspections include:
- check that all doors, windows are locked
- visual check for evidence of forced entry, vandalism, theft or damage
- visual check outside faucets, hoses and foundation for leaks
- removal of newspapers, flyers, packages, mail and other evidence of non-occupancy
- visual inspection of roof & gutters from the ground
- visual inspection of yard/landscaping to confirm regular maintenance performed and irrigation system is functioning properly
- check that irrigation system is working in timely, effective manner
- check hot tub and set temp if needed
Interior Inspections
- check security system is set and working
- check inside lighting timers and re-set as appropriate
- visual inspection of all HVAC
- check all cabinets, closets, pantry, etc. for signs of pest or unusual insect activity; note any unusual odors
- visual inspection of walls, ceilings, cabinets, windows, tubs, showers for visible evidence of water damage, leakage, mold or mildew
- check that thermostat is set at correct temperature
- check that freezers, refrigerators & disposals are working
- visual check of hot water heater & A/C pans
- if requested (or if beeping during visit), replace batteries in smoke detectors
- check fuse box for tripped breakers or evidence of power surge, and reset clocks & timers as needed
- run water in all faucets, showers and tubs, and flush all toilets
- start cars/carts if requested, and drive cars/carts if requested (owner to make sure their insurance covers this)
- jump/charge batteries if needed
